These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and pak555 ("pak555", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the pak555 online gaming and sports betting platform available at pak555.biz and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on pak555, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the pak555 platform from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of pak555 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pak555 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. This requirement applies to all Pakistani members without exception.
• Identity: You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active pak555 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme at pak555 or any other gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded from pak555, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of pak555 or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers, where a conflict of interest would arise.

pak555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full range of pak555 services, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. pak555 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

KYC Verification: pak555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised gaming and anti-money laundering standards. All members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents required include a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) and may additionally include a selfie with your CNIC, a recent utility bill for address verification, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documentation is reviewed within one to three business days of submission.

pak555 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a member has provided false information, is attempting to circumvent eligibility requirements, or poses a risk management concern.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your pak555 account while logged in — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. pak555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pak555 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pak555 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, which may include temporarily suspending access.

pak555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pak555 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

pak555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pak555 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak555 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one business day to reflect. pak555 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 8 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two to four hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• pak555 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above PKR 50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.
• pak555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into potential breach of these Terms.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods legally registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of depositing into your pak555 account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

pak555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible member, per CNIC, per household, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited.
• pak555 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets contribute subject to minimum odds conditions.
• Depositing and withdrawing solely to take advantage of deposit-match bonuses without genuine play intention (commonly referred to as bonus abuse) is prohibited. pak555 reserves the right to investigate and void bonus winnings where abuse is detected.

pak555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time prior to redemption. Where a bonus has already been credited to a member's account, pak555 will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting unless the member is found to be in breach of these Terms.

Sports betting on pak555 is governed by these Terms together with the specific sport and market rules published on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific market rules shall take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of bet settlement.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where pak555 offers a specific cash-out feature on the relevant market.
• pak555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error). Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which generally provide for settlement based on the result at the time of abandonment or voiding of all bets.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting terms applicable to each market. pak555 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet placement interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance within 30 minutes of the relevant result being confirmed, subject to any pending verification requirements.

Cricket betting on pak555 — including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and bilateral series — is subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published on the platform, which address specific scenarios including rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method recalculations, toss decisions, player injuries, and match officials' decisions.

All casino games available on pak555 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time via video stream.

Each game is subject to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP percentages are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any specific outcome on any individual session or spin. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak555 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or any verification process.
• Operating more than one pak555 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using pak555 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains obtained through exploitation must be reported immediately and will be reclaimed by pak555.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer product.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit prior written consent from pak555.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated group abuse schemes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak555 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with pak555's technical infrastructure, including its servers, APIs, or database systems.

pak555 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During such an investigation, pak555 may freeze account access and withhold pending withdrawals pending the outcome. Members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any and all balances held in their accounts at the time of suspension.

Responsible Gaming Tools available to all pak555 members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

pak555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pak555 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use any pak555 trademark or brand asset in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pak555's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. pak555 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party found to be infringing its intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss, even if pak555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak555's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pak555 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak555 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption, delay, or defect. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions (including payment provider downtime) are outside pak555's direct control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pak555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Closure by Member: You may close your pak555 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance to your verified payment method. pak555 will process closure requests within three business days. Where a member is requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, the support team will also offer to apply a self-exclusion as an alternative or in addition to account closure.

Closure by pak555: pak555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; your account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; pak555 determines that continuing to operate your account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or you have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Upon account closure initiated by pak555 for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Where closure is due to your breach of these Terms, pak555 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including winnings, pending full investigation.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more are classified as dormant. pak555 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming and commercial law principles. pak555 operates to the standards required by its international gaming authorisation and applies those standards uniformly to all members regardless of location.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, bonus application, or any other matter, you should contact pak555 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the issue. pak555 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, pak555 will advise you of the available escalation options in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of our applicable gaming authorisation framework. pak555's decision on all matters of bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error or manifest unfairness as assessed through the applicable dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm or preserve the status quo pending resolution of a dispute.
